It includes tools like anti-tracking and anti-fingerprinting, VPN (where available), dark web monitoring, and privacy controls designed to reduce exposure and improve security during everyday browsing.

Why was I charged?

A charge usually means you have an active PrimeDefender subscription and your membership renewed for the next billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically to keep protection uninterrupted. If you don’t recognize the charge or want help locating the account, contact support (phone, email, or live chat) and we’ll help right away.

How much does PrimeDefender cost and how does renewal work?

Pricing is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Most plans bill every 30 days and renew automatically at the then-current rate unless you cancel. You can manage your subscription anytime from your account dashboard or by contacting support.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard (Subscription / Billing section). After cancellation, you won’t be billed again. If you can’t access your account, our support team can help you cancel—use live chat, email, or phone from this page, or submit a request via the Help Center.

What will the charge look like on my bank statement?

Your bank statement will show a descriptor related to PrimeDefender / our payment processor. If you share the date and amount with support, we can quickly locate the matching account and confirm what the charge was for. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.

Am I eligible for a refund?

If you believe you were charged in error, or you’re having trouble accessing the service, contact support and we’ll review your situation promptly. Refund eligibility can depend on factors like the billing date, account activity, and whether there are duplicate or unintended charges. Our goal is to resolve issues fairly and fast.

Which devices and browsers does PrimeDefender support?
